Acts 20:10-12

10 Paul went down, threw himself on the young man and put his arms around him. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “He’s alive!” 11 Then he went upstairs again and broke bread and ate. After talking until daylight, he left. 12 The people took the young man home alive and were greatly comforted.

  1. The man was dead. He fell three stories and appears to have been confirmed dead. Paul went down and in faith, said, he is alive. Not because the EMTs were mistaken, but because in faith he could see what God was going to do and he was not afraid to claim it.

We believe what God can do, and we say that we believe in prayer. But because I don’t walk in faith, and operate in the spirit, I don’t really believe in what God can accomplish through me and I don’t claim it.
