Acts 9:17-19

17 Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here—has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized, 19 and after taking some food, he regained his strength.

One response to “Acts 9:17-19

  1. Obedience from us, can be used by Christ as signs and confirmation. Saul had been struck blind, heard from God, and sent to wait. Now, a man that he does not know, may have been on his list, and who he never talked to, shows up where he is and says he is from God. He also lays his hands on him, heals him, and is used to bring him the Holy Spirit. There is no way that Saul does not now know that the Way is truth and that God is real.

God could have accomplished this without Annanias, but through his obedience, God used him and allowed him to be part of His plan.
