6Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.”

7Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong.

  1. The story about the candle and the basket comes to my mind. It does not matter if you have light if you don’t shine it and share it with your world. Peter knew that he didn’t have money to feed the man for the next week, but he understood the power that he did have to heal his body, to change his life, and to reveal the Christ to him.

  2. working with what you have – so many times I offer excuses as to why I dont do this or do that for God – when truth be told, I just need to work with what I have – the Holy Spirit and my salvation – its like PK has preached – its not about your ability – but your availability – am I at a point where i Have made my life available to God to use anytime anywhere regardless of how I feel or what I have to offer –
