Galatians 6:9-10

9Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

  1. This passage is pretty straight forward to me. It is interesting to note that we have an obligation to our fellow believers.

  2. As a continuation of yesterday: If we persist into sowing into other peoples lives, we will reap for our effort. Paul uses the analogy of harvest to show that we have to keep working our ministry and wait for God to give the harvest. If we get tired and walk away from our ministry, the weeds and the birds will pick the harvest apart and our effort will have been in vain. God wants committed servants who keep working the vineyards that they are called to.

  3. this passage goes along with the message today of doing exactly what Rick stated, sowing into other peoples lives and not giving up and lifting up fellow believers!
