Monday. Mark 8:27-30
27Jesus and his disciples went on to the villages around Caesarea Philippi. On the way he asked them, “Who do people say I am?”
28They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, one of the prophets.”
29“But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Peter answered, “You are the Christ.[b]“
30Jesus warned them not to tell anyone about him.

They knew who He was and they new His ministry because they spent time at His feet, they fellowshipped with Him, and they walked with Him.
We don’t know Him and His plans because we don’t spend time at His feet.
They had time to spend with Him because they put down their nets and followed Him. When we put away some of the things that entangle us, we can begin to know Him.

Ya know many times I think I know who Christ is in my life but truth be told, I treat him as a vending machine – coming to him with what I have done, pushing A4 and getting what i want – ive been very selfish lately in my walk with Christ and this is a reason – I have really gotten away from who He is in my life – My Savior!!!!!
